The Ainsworth family had dreamed of having a world class hunting operation in Alabama. That dream turned to reality in 2001 when the family acquired 1200 acres located in Northeast Alabama. The family wanted to create a hunting experience that would create lasting memories.

 The property, located in Browns Valley, is some of the most beautiful in the state consisting of hardwood bottoms and the mountains overlooking Lake Guntersville. The previous owners had managed the property intensely for quail habitat. Because of their stewardship, the Ainsworth’s have an established population of wild quail. To achieve their goal of work class white tail hunting, Doug Lietch, founder of Wildlife Services, was hired as a consultant. Doug is renowned for his knowledge of whitetail deer, herd management and genetics. He has worked closely with the Dream Ranch staff for the past two years to establish one of the finest white tail herds in the southeast.
