Billy and Sharon Ainsworth
Position: Owners
They had the vision for a family hunting business and have enjoyed watching it florish into one of the top hunting resorts in the Southeast. They have been very instrumental in doing behind the scenes projects and getting the infrastucture behind Dream Ranch running. They enjoy hiking, watching the wildlife, and relaxing at Dream Ranch by the fire when clients are not at the lodge.
Will Ainsworth
Position: Co-President and Partial Owner
Will runs Dream Ranch and loves what he does. He feels fortunate to have a job where he looks forward to waking up to see what the day holds. Will is committed to improving year after year and striving for the goal of keeping our customers happy and having continual repeat business.
Austin Ainsworth
Position: Co-President and Partial Owner
Austin is still in school at Auburn but he lets it be no secret that he runs Dream Ranch and is in charge. Austin is scheduled to graduate in August 2009 and we look forward to him working with us. Additionally Austin guides for Dream Ranch part time and works for the Ranch in the summer months.
Cindy Powell
Position: Secretary
Cindy has worked for Dream Ranch for over a year. Little did she know what all she was getting into. She not only is secretary, she cleans, hosts events, cooks, and does a little of everything. Cindy has a great attitude and is a hard worker, we are glad she is part of the Dream Ranch Team.
Chris Hill
Position: Operations Manager
Chris is the operations manager of the ranch. He has to make sure the day to day operations of the ranch happen. You will never see Chris without a smile and Chris has never met a stranger. Additionally Chris acts as a host, guide for Quail hunts, and just about anything else that needs to be done. Chris is an extremely hard worker and adds a lot to the Dream Ranch Team.
Susie Rouse
Position: Cook, Lodge Supervisor and Fawn Bottlefeeder
Suzie is one of the hardest workers at Dream Ranch. She brings a getting done attitude and doesn’t mind working long hours to get a job done. She also brags about receiving the biggest tip in Dream Ranch history. Suzie does a little of everything and brings the Dream Ranch morale up by keeping a good attitude.
Hunting Staff
Jeremy “The Killer” Robinson
Position: Part Time Deer, Duck and Quail Guide
Jeremy is one of our best guides and seems to have a way to always bring in the most quail or the biggest deer. Jeremy has a great personality and is always a pleasure to be with. Jeremy would probably rather be hunting than doing anything else and is a great addition to the Dream Ranch staff.
Bryant Mastin
Position: Part-Time Deer and Duck Guide
Bryant is a part time guide and lifelong hunter. Bryant puts in more scouting time and always knows where the “Dream Buck” is hanging out. Bryant loves to bowhunt and enjoys finding those hotspot acorn trees that are honeyholes. Bryant brings a lot of hunting experience and if you like Alabama football Bryant is your guide.
Eric Waldrop
Position: Part-Time Deer Guide
Eric is a dedicated and serious hunter. It is strictly business when Eric takes you into the woods. He will sit however long it takes to kill a big deer and is usually one of our most successful guides. Eric is an extremely nice guy and loves the outdoors, we are glad Eric is part of the Dream Ranch team.
Lynn Jarmon
Position: Part Time Quail Guide, Fishing Guide and Dogtrainer
Lynn is a lifelong hunter/fishermen and has a love for training dogs. Lynn loves talking hunting, fishing, or sports and is one of our most popular and requested guides. He enjoys interacting with the clients and showing off his dogs. Lynn adds a lot to the Dream Ranch team.
Neil Johnson
Position: Part-Time Quail Guide, Fishing Guide, and Dog Trainer
Neil is a lifelong hunter and outdoorsman. Neil is also our best dog trainer. Neil has guided and hunted more than anyone on our staff and he is a seasoned veteran. He brings a great layed back attitude to the hunt and loves for clients to see his dogs in action. Neil has a lot of request to hunt with him and his one of our more popular quail guides. Neil brings a lot of experience to the Dream Ranch Staff.
Jimmy Miller
Position: Part-Time Quail Guide and Dog Trainer
Jimmy has a great personality and that makes him one of our most requested guides. Jimmy likes a fast pace hunt and usually bring in the most birds(except when Will or Jeremy is guiding). He also has been working dogs for longer than I’ve been alive and were glad to have him at Dream Ranch.
Cheryl Dollar
Position: Part-Time Quail Guide
Cheryl is a true gentleman of the sport and enjoys spending his off time hunting. Cheryl interacts with the hunters and keeps them wanting to shoot more birds. More often than not Cheryl gets into more birds than anyone else. Cheryl offers a lot and has a desire to see kids get into hunting, we are glad Cheryl is a part of our team.
Paul Moultrie
Position: Part-Time Duck Guide and Summer Worker.
Paul goes to the University of Alabama, but we won’t hold that against him. He is one of the top duck hunter in Northeast Alabama. He knows where ducks are when everyone else is struggling. Paul also loves being around people, is a pleasure to be around and comes from a great family. We look forward to Paul helping us with Duck Hunting.
Kevin Norton
Position: Part-Time Worker
Kevin is the type guy you can’t help but like. He always is cheerful and has great attitude. He does a wide variety of tasks on the ranch to make sure your stay is enjoyable.
