Will Ainsworth
Position: President of Deer farming Division/ Owner
Will runs the deer farming division at Dream Ranch and loves what he does. He feels fortunate to have a job where he looks forward to waking up to see what the day holds. Will is committed to improving year after year and striving for the goal of keeping our customers happy and having continual repeat business.
Austin Ainsworth
Position: President of Hunting Division/ Owner
Austin graduated from Auburn University with a in fall 2009. When he joined Dream Ranch in August 2009 he worked to learn the business from every angle. Currently he is running the Hunting side of the business, he is enjoying meeting new people at the lodge and accommodating them in any way that they need.
Cindy Powell
Position: Executive Assistant
Cindy has worked for Dream Ranch since 2008. Little did she know what all she was getting into. She not only is secretary, she cleans, hosts events, cooks, and does a little of everything.
Randy Copeland
Position: Deer Herd Manager
Randy is in charge of taking care of the deer herd and maintaining the health of the herd. Randy brings a positive attitude and hard work to the table, he also guides when he is needed and is a favorite of many clients.
Clark “Junior” Green
Position: Whitetail Specialist
Clark came on full time at dream ranch in January 2010 and is learning the business and working hard. Clark is never short on conversation and loves meeting a new face.
Susie Rouse
Position: Lodge Manager and Fawn Bottle feeder
Suzie is one of the hardest workers at Dream Ranch. She brings a getting done attitude and doesn’t mind working long hours to get a job done. She also brags about receiving the biggest tip in Dream Ranch history. Suzie does a little of everything and brings the Dream Ranch morale up by keeping a good attitude.
Lynn Jarmon
Position: World famous dog trainer and Master Quail guide
Lynn a lifelong hunter/fishermen and has a love for training dogs. Lynn loves talking hunting, fishing, or sports and is one of our most popular and requested guides. He enjoys interacting with the clients and showing off his dogs.
Carlo Wills
Position: Grounds Keeper
Carlo is the backbone of The Dream Ranch, he does a little of everything and keeps the ranch running behind the scenes. He always has a great attitude and passes that on to the people around him.
Clay Jones
Clay makes sure dream ranch keeps running he can fix anything. Clay is quoted as saying “If Will can break it, I can fix it”.
